--- ITA: In questa sessione tecnica, approfondiremo il mondo dell'IA generativa oltre le attuali tendenze. Tutti parlano di ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney e altri famosi servizi cloud. Noi esploreremo modelli, framework e strumenti meno discussi dell'IA generativa tenendo conto dell'uso delle preziose risorse locali e di quelle in cloud. In questa illuminante sessione tecnica, i partecipanti saranno introdotti a Intel OpenVINO, ONNX Runtime, NVIDIA TensorRT per sfruttare in modo indipendente queste tecnologie e implementarle nei propri progetti. --- ENG: In this technical session, we will delve into the world of generative AI beyond the mainstream hype. Everybody talks about ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, and other famous cloud services. We challenge the conventional wisdom surrounding generative AI by investigating less-discussed models, frameworks, and tools balancing local & cloud resources. In this eye-opening technical session, participants will be introduced to Intel OpenVINO, ONNX Runtime, and NVIDIA TensorRT to independently leverage these technologies and implement them in their own projects.

Hacker, geek, maker, researcher, innovator, trainer, developer... Has made science and technology his passion other than his job. Follows many communities and is often actively involved as a speaker and event organizer in particular with: Coding Gym, DotNetPodcast, FabLabNapoli, DotNetCampania and HoloLens Developers. His signature dishes, far from the stove, are: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Internet of Things, Natural User Interface and Mixed Reality. Microsoft MVP and Intel Software Innovator, works as Senior Research & Development Engineer for Deltatre, where he develops software prototypes.

Gianni Rosa Gallina

R&D Technical Lead @ Deltatre

Gianni is Windows Development MVP since 2011 and double-awarded AI MVP in 2020, focused on emerging technologies, AI and Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality since 2013. Currently he is R&D Technical Lead in Deltatre's Innovation Lab, designing and prototyping next generation solutions for sport related experiences and services, from VR/MR apps to end-to-end in Azure architectures, passing by Cognitive Services, AI and much more. Besides that, he's an active member of the local community “Torino Technologies Group” (TTG), organizer and trainer for Coding Gym Torino monthly meetups, Pluralsight online courses author, publish articles on his blog and he's speaker in national and international tech conferences and events.

Who does this Code of Conduct apply to?

All live stream organizers using the Global Azure brand and Global Azure speakers are responsible for knowing and abiding by these standards. Each speaker who wishes to submit through our Call for Presentations needs to read and accept the Code of Conduct. We encourage every organizer and attendee to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment. Live stream organizers are required to inform and enforce the Code of Conduct if they accept community content to their stream.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, report it. Please report any concerns, suspicious or disruptive activity or behavior directly to any of the live stream organizers, or directly to the Global Azure admins at team@globalazure.net. All reports to the Global admin team will remain confidential.
